Catching Up

We have been pretty busy this month....I'm not even sure with what?  We've been trying to soak up all the beautiful weather we've been having and spending lots of time outside.  Here are some catch up pictures of May so far.

Getting ready to sell daddy's car...if dad really has the heart too!

We headed to Iowa to celebrate Noah's 1st B-day

Daddy shares a birthday the same day as Noah...ages are a little different :)

Of course Logan had to assist with gift opening

Noah came to MN to visit us too!  Noah & Lil hanging out at the zoo

Good looking Geels family of 5!

A bunch of monkeys hanging out :)

See he is quite the monkey!

Me and my guy on Mother's Day...Lil was napping so she missed the photo shoot :)

The ATV Grandpa & Grandma B got Logan at Christmas didn't pan out so they got him this one instead...does he seem excited?

Helping dad put it together

He does a good job acting like he knows what he's doing :)

Peek A Boo

Lily has been a little under the weather this week so we've been getting lots of snuggle time together.  Here is a little video of her playing peek a boo while we were snuggling this afternoon.  She loves to play peek a boo...it is so fun to watch her do things on her own!

With her crawling she likes to go everywhere and get into everything like the dvd player, electrical cords, etc.  She even found herself under her crib.  Such a cutie!

Gone Fishing

This past weekend Ryan needed some "uninterrupted" time to work on our bathroom remodel in the basement. The only way to have uninterrupted time is to have the kids out of the house! So we headed to Grandpa & Grandma B's to give daddy some quiet time to work :) We found lots of things to do to occupy our time. The highlight of the weekend...our fishing trip. Logan had never been fishing before and he was surprising more patient with it than I thought he was going to be. Here are some pics of our weekend.

Carson & Derrick

Logan's favorite part was reeling the line back in

Mel's fish...notice Logan hoarding the snacks in the background :)

Me & my dad

Matt & Derrick

Lily hanging out

Logan would always say "I do it by myself"!

Ahh...this is the life :)

And of course when the boys got bored with fishing they moved on to throwing rocks

We also made some time in the weekend to visit some pretty great people in our lives!

Silly Girls

Grandma spoiling Lily with a taste of her ice cream!

Logan "helping" Grandma in the kitchen

Time for a bath after all that playing :)

Lily doing her scrunch face :) Lily can take a couple "steps" on her knees now, but she mostly just army crawls

Back at home...this is how I found Lily during her nap yesterday, except she was on her knees before I grabbed the camera. I can't keep up with this girl! Time to move the crib down!

Easter Blessings

We had a lot of fun this Easter. With all the fun and family time it is hard to forget all the blessings we have been provided with! And in all the fun we try to take time to remember that these blessing are provided by our RISEN savior! Here are some pictures of our Easter celebrations.

What We've Been Up To

Spending lots of time outside enjoying the gorgeous weather!

Lily...this is a typical pose for her :)

Logan showing off his haircut

Funny face...putting her money where her mouth is!

Our first hot dog roast of the summer...oh wait spring!

Bath Time

Lots of fun when you have a buddy!

Dad was left to supervise Logan...hence popcorn being dumped out all over the table by Logan.

Potty training! Logan opening his present after going on his potty the first time. He is doing so good! He stays dry all day and even most nights/naps. The only problem we are having is with #2, so we'll keep working at it :)

Getting lots of smiles out of Lily
