What We've Been Up To

Spending lots of time outside enjoying the gorgeous weather!

Lily...this is a typical pose for her :)

Logan showing off his haircut

Funny face...putting her money where her mouth is!

Our first hot dog roast of the summer...oh wait spring!

Bath Time

Lots of fun when you have a buddy!

Dad was left to supervise Logan...hence popcorn being dumped out all over the table by Logan.

Potty training! Logan opening his present after going on his potty the first time. He is doing so good! He stays dry all day and even most nights/naps. The only problem we are having is with #2, so we'll keep working at it :)

Getting lots of smiles out of Lily

6 Month Pics

Here are the pictures from Lily's 6 month session. We had the pictures taken by Photography by Nealy. Nealy always does an amazing job. It was really hard to pick through all the pictures. But here were some of our favorites. Lily is such a beautiful girl! We feel so blessed to be her parents and have her in our lives! I still see so much of Logan in her, you can definitely tell they are siblings :)

6 Months Update

Lily turned 6 months at the end of February. It's hard to remember what life was like before she arrived. We have loved every moment with our sweet little girl! She is so laid back. She is a great eater, great sleeper, but not such a great pooper :) It's fun to see her face light up when she sees daddy or mommy. But the person who can get the most smiles and giggles out of Lily is Logan! She absolutely adores him. Thankfully the feelings are mutual. Logan has such a sweet heart and likes to include Lily in everything, he will ask "Luly come to?". The other day we went into Lily's room after a nap, Logan climbed up to her crib and he said to her "Oh Luly, I just love you so much". Melts a mother's heart :) Unfortunately, all the attention Logan gives Lily has also led to a 6 month old with lots of sniffles and a cough. But other than a couple colds she has stayed fairly healthy and continues to grow well. She has been trying so hard to figure out how to scoot forward, but it hasn't clicked yet. She keeps trying to get on her knees and lift up her belly...getting closer. A lot of times she just turns in circles :) Here are the stats from her appt:

Weight: 17.8 lbs - 76%

Length: 28 in - 98%

Head: 17 in - 69%

And grandmas if you would like to do a comparison with Logan's stats you can click here. And we always need to have some pictures to show!
