Go Gophers!

We had the privilege of going with our friends Anne and Eric to the Gophers game today. They got us great box seats. After today I don't know if I'll ever want to watch a football game another way. We got to sit inside where it was nice and warm. All the food and drinks you could want. Oh and the football game was fun too! Logan was very wide eyed when he first looked at the field. He was quick to fix his eyes on the huge video screen...already a typical male :-) But soon he fell asleep and slept the rest of the game away! Logan also had his first ride on public transportation. Everyone on the bus got a kick out of him. We had a lot of fun and are so thankful for such great friends!

Our Weekend

It has been a busy weekend for us. We have had lots of errands to run and things to do. The weather has been perfect! It has been so great to get outside again. Here are some pictures from our weekend.

Brayden's Birthday Party

Logan made his first trip out of state. We went down to Iowa to celebrate my nephew, Brayden, turning one. Brayden has grown up so fast! He has a mouth full of teeth and is up walking around. It is amazing how quickly children develop in their first year! It is crazy to think that Logan will be changing that much in 9 months!
We had a lot of fun at the party. The weather was so nice we even got to enjoy the outdoors for awhile. Brayden did a great job opening his gifts and eating up his birthday cake. Logan just took everything in. He loves being around people and observing all the action! We are looking forward to birthday #2!

Stopping at the Iowa border for a pic of Logan's first time out of state. Can't you tell he was excited to get up from his nap :-)

Smiling Is What This Tigger Does Best!

Logan and I made a trip out Grandpa and Grandma's for some Halloween fun! Sadly we had to leave Dad at home because he was busy with work. Logan had a lot of fun getting dressed up...or at least I had fun with it! Logan was excited to go trick or treating with his cousins - Melanie, Derrick and Carson. We made quite a few trick or treat stops: Great Grandpa and Grandma Hubers, Grandma Bonnema's work, Grandma Moorlag's work, and Great Grandpa and Grandma Johnson - Great Uncle Phil was there too. He was very tuckered out at the end of the day and slept great that night :-) Here are some pics from our trip.
